Elaine Walker
Director
Elaine is a highly qualified financial adviser. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and prides herself in making sure that she keeps informed about what financial and legislative changes are around the corner that could impact retirement and personal taxation.
She is always actively thinking about how these changes might affect her clients and their family. By putting herself in her client’s shoes she makes sure they understand every aspect of the advice being given and links all the potential benefits available together to maximise their plan.
Douglas Young
Director
Douglas is passionate about delivering the right financial advice for his clients and takes a very pragmatic approach to the type of advice he gives, applying his knowledge of the current investment market to find the best possible solutions for his clients.
He is a highly experienced and qualified financial advisor and has worked for over 40 years in the financial sector. Since the launch of 336 Financial Management his clients include some of the most influential people working in the finance industry.
Samantha (Sam) Greig
Adviser
Sam joined in November 2019 and has over 30 years' experience in Financial Services. The majority of her experience was gained in Standard Life where she worked as an adviser.
She is authorised to provide financial advice and pension transfer advice and is working towards Chartered Status. Building and maintaining relationships of trust with her clients is at the centre of everything she does. Seeing her clients realise their goals is the most rewarding aspect of her role.
John Carse
Adviser
John joined us in July 2019 and has over 25 years' experience in Financial Services, having previously worked for Aegon and Standard Life. He is authorised to give both financial and pension transfer advice and is currently working towards Chartered Status.
He is passionate about investments and is always stiving to ensure our investment solutions meet client's needs and objectives.
Nikki Spence
Directors Assistant
Nikki joined us in January 2017 and has over 35 years experience in the Financial Services industry. She is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and supports Douglas in the day to day management of clients.
Charlie Thompson
Administrator
Charlie is our latest addition to the team, joining in December 2023 as an Administrator after a short spell with Scottish Widows. Charlie recently graduated from university, where he studied financial services and is currently working towards his Diploma in regulated financial planning.
Lorraine Cunningham
Administrator
Lorraine joined us in 2016 and has over 38 years experience in Financial Services. She joined us from Standard Life having previously worked for Bank of Scotland.
Bronwyn Daglish
Paraplanner
Bronwyn, our dedicated paraplanner supports our financial advisers by conducting thorough research to analyse investment options and financial products. She is also responsible for the preparation of client reports, summarising recommendations and strategies. She joined the team in June 2021 after gaining 5 years’ experience at Standard Life and is actively pursuing her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
